We will meet with you via videoconferencing for two hours each week. During those two hours we will cover the subject matter set out in the Profit Improvement Project Plan which will be presented to you and agreed upon before the first videoconference. The Project Plan will set out the number of weeks that the program will take from start to finish. These sessions will be an intense two hours in which you will be able to discuss any concerns that you may have. You will have process implementation homework each week and will be held accountable for completing it. We will meet with you and up to 7 other small business owners via videoconference for two hours each week. Each videoconference will be packed with information and you will have the ability to discuss specific challenges that you may be facing.  We will present you with solutions and you will most likely receive input from the other members of the group.  You will never be in a group with a competitor but we attempt to put together groups that have some synergy. These small groups are stimulating and extremely economical.  Your only commitment is for 4 meetings a month and again you may discontinue your membership in the group at the end of any month. Employee Perception Diagnostic Study
